To do this I have mini site to make landing page for my affiliate product. I make an e book related to my niche and give away for free. Only one condition, they must fill their name and email to become my subscribers. This way it easy for me to promote my affiliate product.
3#I become a teacher for my subscribers
Everyday, I send to them a lesson or tips related to my niche. Every time I send them information, I also promote my affiliate product. I tell them what they can get when they have it. I did not send the same info but I make different info every time I send them an email.
These three ways I successfully make sales for my affiliate product. When you get use to it, you can feel that it more easily to make sales online.
